  • Bounceback is a free skill-building program designed to help youth 15+ manage low mood, mild to moderate depression and anxiety, stress and worry. Services are delivered over the phone, through online videos, and tools that will support you through your path to mental wellness.
  • The Canadian Mental Health Association (Hamilton) provides recovery-focused programs and services for people of all ages and their families.
  • COAST Hamilton helps those experiencing mental health crises in the Hamilton area.
  • ConnexOntario connects adults and frontline workers who are dealing with troubles with mental health, addiction and gambling with the programs that can best help them.

  • Child and Adolescent Services is a program run in Hamilton for Children, youth, and Families, which provides mental health counselling and treatment. The services are confidential and free.

  • Good 2 Talk is a service that provides confidential support to post-secondary students in Ontario and Nova Scotia.
